Stephan Tanzer 91 Points - Good medium red. Smoky redcurrant, leather, chocolate and spices on the nose. Round, rich and deep but quite backward today, offering a chewy texture but holding back its fruit. Best now on the sweet, broad back end, which features serious but nicely ripe tannins, a steadily building spice character and very good lift.
