And it only gets better after a day or more, so if you find yourself underwhelmed, try something else and come back to this one later. It is beautifully balanced and offers dark-fruit flavors and savory earthiness, anchored with those grippy tannins that hold your palate and your imagination. Note to self: Stock up on this one before this review appears!
