This is a fresh wine where crisp acidity resembles citruses, yet there is a hint of sweetness and abundance of fruit on the nose. On the palate the wine is harmonious, herbaceous, with a lingering aftertaste of citruses, even a hint of orange peel. The mouthful is extremely fruity and flowery - indeed a very well made wine! Tasting slowly ends with a fine and noble hazelnut-like sourness of Graševina, with a touch of ripe green olives.
