This wine is a hybrid between Western and Eastern Georgia. The wine is sourced from older vines from the Lechkhumi region as a part of the Orgo mission to create a sustainable market for older vine grapes. It is then fermented and aged in qvevri with 8 months of skin contact. Delightful notes of dried apple and pear on the nose, reveal a refreshing light style skin contact wine that is lively and finishing with moderate tannin. Its a unique wine that is a first step in developing older vine wines in western georgia.
